Licensed Clinical Social Worker · New Jersey
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to navigate difficult emotions and build meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I take time to understand what matters to you, build on your strengths, and shape our work around your needs and goals.
Sessions may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. Together, we’ll choose strategies that fit your life and adjust them as your needs change.
I also administer ADOS-2 assessments for autism.
I earned my bachelor’s degree at Stockton University and my Master of Social Work at Rutgers University.
